Whether you are pregnant with your first or subsequet child, no matter what trimester, you will benefit from this course. This course was designed for YOU! After my own experience with birth and postpartum I knew there was something missing in prenatal education and I know that too many women have traumatic birth experiences, so that is why I created this course. I want to give you the tools and confidence to be able to have a better pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. But Mama's let me tell you, it does require a little bit of work. We can't just wish for things to happen. By utilizing the concepts in this course you can confidently move in the direction of your ultimate childbirth, whatever that means for you.
Decrease your Pain, Fears & Anxieties
By educating yourself on the "unknowns" of labour you will decrease your fear, which then decreases your pain. You will increase your understanding on the natural process of birth that your body is designed for and you will be given strategies and tools that you can use to manage any uncomfortable sensations.
Many prenatal courses focus on one aspect of our wellbeing but this course offers you both mind and body awareness, along with practical techniques to optimize your birth and create a more positive satisfying experience for you and your baby.

"Sherry had a huge role in my prenatal journey and preparation for birth. She helped ease my fear of childbirth and created an exercise plan to prepare my pelvic floor for labour and delivery. She answered any questions or concerns that I had. My birthing experience was amazing and went very smoothly. I highly recommended Sherry!"
